Remember a few nights ago Kim K came out and posted a photo on her instagram page singing praises to a prescription drug for morning sickness? Well the FDA is not happy about it!
The 34-year-old reality star, who happens to be expecting her second child with Kanye West, 38, received a warning letter from the Food and Drug Administration all thanks in part to the post she made last week appearing to promote the morning sickness medication, Diclegis!
The FDA called Kim's post "false or misleading," adding that it "fails to communicate any risk information associated with its use and it omits material facts."
The positive thing about the FDA doing this is that women will know there are risks involved with the drug which includes drowsiness and pregnant moms will be aware, basically if you must promote a drug you must list the side effects! Good looking out FDA
